Wow, already we're into a new year and a fresh start!  It's been a blur these past few busy months.  I'm still working on my new studio and I love having a larger room in which to use for recording. 

A couple of semi-technical items:
Rather than moving to a dual-screen setup on the studio computer, I've opted for a 2nd laptop computer that is dedicated to being able to run various manuals, user guides, and tutorial videos. This gives me the flexibility to watch on one screen, while duplicating the features shown on the actual Digital Audio Workstation (DAW)  computer. For learning new software features, this setup seems to work best for me, to reduce the learning curve.

This was a decision I made when I recently upgraded my DAW system software to the new Sonar X1 Producer Edition - a change that I'm very excited about!   I believe it will be a huge factor in helping me increase recording quality while the new interface and tools will help me complete my projects faster.  I'm looking forward to the winter months, with hopefully more time to devote to upcoming projects!

You may notice that the entire Lyrics section is being redone, as I have adopted a new format standard of PDF rather than JPG file types.  This change has resulted in a more clear and consistent image for the Info and Lyrics pages, and they should pull up faster in your browser as well.  These should be hopefully finished soon for all of the CD pages, working presently to complete the Lyrics pages of  CD#4 through CD#7.
